Smart electric fans combine conventional motor and oscillation functions with infrared remote control, touch keys, timers, natural-wind programs and Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connectivity. These features introduce reliability risks such as command failure, network disconnection, key malfunction and state mismatch. 2. Automatic Actuation

Wi-Fi products can be controlled through a stable local interface or manufacturer test protocol. Complex sequences can combine power, speed, oscillation, timer and shutdown.
3. State Verification
A reliable test must verify execution, not just transmit commands. Power, RPM, oscillation angle, indicator status or protocol feedback can confirm the expected state. When the measured response is outside the expected range, software records the cycle and can retry or stop.

Record firmware version and initial function;
Create the action table and expected-state limits;
Align remote transmitters or key actuators;
Set timing, cycles and retry limits;
Run a short verification sequence;
Start long-duration endurance;
Perform periodic communication and mechanical checks;

5. Network and Electrical Considerations
Wi-Fi tests should use a controlled router location and signal condition so that network variation is not mistaken for a product failure. A power analyzer can simultaneously monitor standby consumption, active power and unexpected resets. DC-motor products can add DC bus voltage and current acquisition.
